Damaged or Faulty Items
All items sold at Buynsave come with warranty to ensure you receive the item in good working order and you are able to use the product as intended by manufacturer or as described by us.
Dead On Arrival Warranty
Buynsave.com.au or local supplier/manufacturer will replace product under warranty if the item is found to be either damaged or not working properly when it is received. This warranty claim is termed under “Dead On Arrival Warranty”. DOA period is 14 days from the date order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Where Buynsave customers service team recognises item to be DOA return postage will be refunded up on receipt of the returned product without any transport damages securely packed in original packaging.
Product price or postage cost are refunded or replacement sent only up on receipt of the product by Buynsave. No Exceptions
Warranty Claims After Delivery
Most items such as electrical or mechanical products come with longer warranties including DOA which extend to specified days beyond 14 days DOA warranty for details on these warranties please refer to individual product listing.
In case the item needs to be returned to us each item needs to be securely packed so that it safely reaches us or or the local distributor / manufacturer via the transport carrier. We strongly recommend you retain original packaging which comes with your product for the duration of warranty period so that, it can be used to send the product back. If you don’t retain packaging it is your responsibility to source alternative packaging.
Our postal insurance policy requires photos of damaged product with damaged clearly visible to make any claims. If you receive an item that is damaged and wish to receive a replacement please email photos of both the damaged item and the packaging, together with your claim so we may process it promptly.
Buynsave retains right to test returned goods including DOA items. In case if the item is misrepresented by customer & found not be faulty administrative & handling charge of AU$40.00 will be applicable.
Buynsave does not accept COD under any circumstances, If the item is sent COD It will be promptly refused & sent back.
Return Authorisation - Required
Where Item is deemed to be faulty by customer service a return authorisation number is provided. This is required for every return without exception. Product should be received by Buynsave within 14 working days of issuing return authorisation number.
Prodcuts With Manufacturer Warranty.
Some products sold by Buynsave come with manufacturers/ suppliers warranty, where warranty is either supplied by manufacturers or importers, this information is clearly mentioned in the warranty sections o products.
For these products you must contact manufacturer/ supplier for warranty claims first for replacement or repair under warranty. If the manufacturer/ supplier fails buynsave will either provide product with similar specification or issue refund.

For customers peace of mind we offer 100% money back policy, no restocking fee or administrative fee for returns due to change of mind. Buynsave will repay 100% of product price paid to us, postage can not be refunded.

Our customer service department will provide you Return Authorisation number and return address.
You must include Return authorisation number to facilitate in speedy processing of refund.

You must notify us your intention to return the product/s within 10 days of dispatching your order to you.
Item/s must be received by us withing 10 workings days of us providing you with Return Authorisation Number.
Item/s must be returned to us in as new condition with all original internal & external packing's, accessories, tags, labels, manuals complete and intact
Items should in 100% saleable condition. Items should not be used, opened or damaged under any circumstances.
Items must be Insured, well packed for return postage to ensure item is not damaged in transit
A protective packaging should be added around the product, no writing or sticking on item itself. Any writing or sticking to be done on outer packing
Your refund will be amount you paid to us for product/s does not include postage. Return postage is your responsibility.
Under buynsave warranty terms we may issue refunds in the form of credits in to your account, warranty terms & conditions can be viewed at warranty & returns page.
All credits must be used to pay for your purchase on buynsave.com.au, in case of insufficient credit , balance can be paid by any of the acceptable payment methods listed on the website.
In case of product price being less than the credit issued you reserve the right to use rest of the credit for any future purchase.
You can redeem full amount refund credits issued to you through direct deposit in to your bank account. Please contact our customer service to arrange the refund.
Unless Products are not used, installed or maintained in accordance with the instructions provided warranty will be void.
If the product is used in any manner other than which is designed any loss o damage direct or indirect will not be our responsibility. Any domestic product should not be used for commercial use in which case warranty will be voided.
As a bailey on behalf of the Vendor we act to facilitate the sale of the goods, we make every effort to ensure that the goods are as described. However occasionally some variations may occur in colour, model, specifications or other aspects. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title merchantability fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Our entire liability to you or any third parties under any circumstance is limited to the sale price of the relevant goods.
